Left 4 Dead 2 is a first-person shooter game with a cooperative gameplay focus. The game is set during the aftermath of a global pandemic that has turned most of the human population into zombies. The player takes control of one of four survivors, each with their own unique abilities, who must work together to survive the hordes of zombies and reach safety.
The game features a number of different ways to heal your survivors. In this article, we’ll take a look at some of the different options and how they can be used to keep your team alive and kicking.
First and foremost, every survivor has a health bar which indicates how much health they have remaining. When this health bar reaches zero, the survivor will die. In order to keep your team alive, you’ll need to make use of the various healing options available to you.
The most basic way to heal is by using first-aid kits. These can be found scattered around the levels, and can be used to immediately restore a small amount of health to a survivor. First-aid kits can also be used to revive a downed survivor – though it should be noted that revived survivors will have reduced health for the rest of the level.
Another way to heal is by using med-kits. Med-kits are more powerful than first-aid kits, and can be used to completely restore a survivor’s health. Med-kits are relatively rare, so you’ll need to use them wisely.
In addition to traditional healing items, Left 4 Dead 2 also features several abilities which can be used to heal survivors. For example, the survivor Zoey can use her Defibrillator ability to revive a downed teammate. The survivor Bill can use his Adrenaline Shot ability to temporarily boost a survivor’s health. And the survivor Coach can use his Boomer Bile ability to create a cloud of bile which will heal any survivors who stand in it.
With all of these different options available, you should have no trouble keeping your team alive and kicking in Left 4 Dead 2. So get out there and start surviving!
