The Left 4 Dead 2 survivors met in a variety of ways. Some knew each other before the outbreak, while others met during the course of the game.
Bill and Louis were both members of the military, and knew each other from their time in the service. Zoey and Francis were college students who met while they were both studying at the same university.
The four of them came together when they were all trying to escape the city during the outbreak. They quickly realized that they needed to work together if they were going to survive.
Since then, they’ve been through a lot together. They’ve faced down hordes of infected, rescued other survivors, and even managed to find a place to call home.
