If you’re looking to add a little more immersion to your Left 4 Dead 2 experience, or want to show off your sweet moves in third person, you can easily enable third person in the game. First, open the console by pressing the tilde key (~). Then, type in the following command:
thirdperson
You should now see your characters in third person. You can toggle back to first person view at any time by typing the command again:
firstperson
